Description
Villa Zaverda features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge, AC units in all bedrooms, a large private pool (5 x 10m ) with mountain and sea view , private terrace, sun deck, beautiful big garden, free private parking and free WIFI. The property is located 30 km from PVK international airport making a convenient access to your Villa retreat.
The space
The master bedroom offers stunning views over the bay of Paleros and the glinstering of the sea with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with separate W.C., rainshower and stone wash basin. Built in wardrobes give plenty of storage space.
The lounge and kitchen have perfect views from the glass doors that run the entire length of the room and open out to the external areas and large private infinity pool (5 X 10 m).
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required, coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge and washing machine.
The lounge offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dreams of the day ahead, read a book, or watch the latest films on the 50” TV. The comfortable coach offers, when necessary extra sleep possibilities.
A teak dining table is places near the glass doors’ making an incredible setting for evening meals.
The external area is very spacious with a shed area. Relaxing around the large external dining table is an unforgettable and unique al fresco dining memory.
Cold drinks can be stored as well on the second fridge in the outdoor kitchen.
An inviting and large pool offers a cooling experience out of the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun lovers, teak sunbeds surround the pool enabling the holiday tan to be achieved whilst reading a good book or drinking an ice cold drink. The outdoor rain shower and umbrellas make the sundeck complete.
The two guest bedrooms are across the main villa giving maximum privacy.
Both rooms have queen beds, rain shower, plenty of storage spaces and a well lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops.
The bedrooms are joined by an area that consists of a W.C. and two stone wash basins.
The villa is a NON smoking villa. Parties are not allowed.
Be aware that the pool has no fence. Always designate a responsible adult to actively supervise children when they are near the pool.
A BBQ area shaded setup features a modern grill and a convenient outdoor sink, making meal prep and clean-up easy while you enjoy time outdoors.
Next to the BBQ, there’s a comfortable sitting area where family and friends can gather. Whether you’re lounging in cozy chairs or enjoying a meal at the outdoor table, the space is ideal for socializing or unwinding.
The highlight of this area is its stunning view—positioned to offer a perfect vantage point to watch the sunset. As the sun dips below the horizon, casting golden hues across the sky, you can savor your meal and the peaceful atmosphere, making every BBQ experience truly unforgettable.
Surrounding the villa, a large and beautiful garden has been planted with Oleanders and other traditional Greek trees, plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece.
