This chic two bedroom two bathroom villa with private pool with views across the bay to the world famous Island of Skorpios.

At only 45 min drive from the International airport of Preveza. With a picturesque drive towards Lefkada Island, where some of the most famous Greek beaches are, like Porto Katsiki and Egremi, connected to the mainland via a unique floating bridge to give way all the boats coming back and forward from North to South Ionian Sea.

The Space

Fully equipped modern kitchen including wine cooler, dining and snug area with TV, AC and WIFI.

Ground floor featuring a bedroom with twin beds, large full bathroom, AC and patio doors.

In the first floor you will find the Master bedroom via a shabby chic stairway with a wet room, AC, tea & coffee facilities and 2 balconies to take in the most amazing views.

Villa Manolia is all about outdoors with its family friendly swimming pool, covered decking area, MEGA BBQ plus the unique outdoor kitchen shed!

Why not to try your culinary skills using the freshly caught red snapper from the local fishmonger in Nidri High Street? Excellent quality local meat also available in Nidri High Street butchers.

Nidri is full of small local business not to mention plenty of tavernas to be found on the harbour front.

Just imagine a moonlight evening being served incredible local Greek food, sampling amazing Greek wines at your table on the beach.

Villa Manolia has been completely renovated in 2024 both inside and out including a large covered decking area along with a unique All furniture both inside and out are to a high quality including Bramble Crest outdoor furniture and cushions.

Villa Manolia has the most amazing views over the bay and overlooks the Islands of Skorpios and Meganisi with Kalamos and Kastos in the background.

We have off road parking – 45 minute drive from Preveza airport – 5 minute drive into Nidri or a 20 minute walk.  A good walk is to Nidri waterfalls, say around 45 minutes to an hour stroll.

Turnaround days are normally Sunday to Sunday (minimum 7 nights).
