Villa Karma is an air-conditioned, modern, accommodation with a private pool and huge terrace, It is set in the beautiful, cosy Greek village of Paleros. Featuring mountain and the superb seaviews with beautiful sunsets It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen , a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a seating area. All bedrooms have their own shower. Towels and bed linen are offered for free. With an outside kitchen with dining table with chairs.

The space

The 3 bedrooms are on one level. The villa has a fully equipped open plan kitchen and lounge with a comfortable sofa and chairs. There is an incredible view thanks to the large sliding glass doors.
The two guestrooms are separated from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom – which gives complete privacy.
All three bedrooms have a view on the pool and/or sea with a double bed and built in wardrobes, giving you a lot of storage space. The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom, toilet and shower and the other 2 bedrooms each have their own shower and a shared space with two sinks

Pool is cleaned every week

24/7 hrs assistance during your stay.

A 300 € cash deposit is required at check in that will be reimbursed into your bank account within a week after villa inspection.

You can go hiking, swimming, cycling, sailing or play tennis nearby.
There is a small beach only a 5 minute walk, the bigger with cool lounge bars a 5 minute drive, the island of Lefkas is at 25 minutes.
The nearest (well organised) airport is Aktion (Preveza, 3 hours from Amsterdam) with international flight carriers like Transavia and EasyJet, is at only 20 minutes.

Taxi transfer can be arranged upon request as well as car rental, bicycle or scooter in the village if you wish.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, tavernas and the beach are all in walking distance.
