Situated in the Ionian Nest complex in the village of Pogonia, and 5 min walking to the beach and a big brand new supermarket.

Paleros , at only 4 km from the apartment, is a small town evocatively situated with a breathtaking backdrop of serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to the spectacular sandy beaches, where you can find several beach bars.

In the village of Paleros you will find a big variety of taverns, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, ATMs…

The space

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, big built in wardrobe and access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is just next door, has a desk and access to the front patio and also has built in wardrobe with plenty of storage. All the rooms have AC units, as well as ceiling fans and windows and doors all have mosquito screens. In the kitchen which is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher you can enjoy your meals in a big dining table which leads in the living room area with a 41 flat screen TV and a brand new comfortable sofa which accommodates 6 people.
Outside in the pool area you will find a big table and chairs for your dinners al fresco, 2 sunbeds with an umbrella and wicker chairs with a table.

Free WIFI is available and a landline phone for local calls.

Families with children are welcome but please note the pool does not have shallow end therefore children must be always under supervision and completely at parents risk.

Allocated parking space inside the complex and also another big pool that guests are free to use.
