Spacious balcony overseeing the Paleros bay and the Aitoloakarnania mountains where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning looking at the serenity of the Ionian sea.

The Space

The open plan kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc and has a table and chairs.
In the living room a comfortable sofa with coffee table and a big smart TV.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, two built in wardrobes and access to the balcony,
The guest bedroom has its own shower and sink inside, a comfortable sofa bed, a large desk and chairs and big built in wardrobe. Also has access to the balcony.
In the balcony there are 2 loungers, a table and chairs and the jacuzzi/spa a great option for those who don’t like the sea very much 🙂
Downstairs is an outdoor shower, big storage room, a beautiful Greek garden with rosemary and other plants of the region and a shaded private parking space.

Other details to note

There is a beach within 5 min walking from the property, as well as a well stocked supermarket.

A security deposit of 100 € is required at check in. which will be reimbursed at check out.
Transfers from and to the airport can be arrange with local taxi drivers and also help with renting a car with a local company.
