Villa Oraio meros ( Meaning “nice place” in Greek) is a seaside luxury, stunning private pool villa up to 6 guests nestled along the town boulevard.
This exquisite villa offers a harmonious blend of sophistication and comfort, featuring a private pool where you can relax amidst the soothing sounds of the sea which is located at only 200 mtrs. The Space

This property comprises two distinct sections: the main villa housing the master bedroom, kitchen, and lounge, while an additional two guest bedrooms are separated from the villa by a decked external living area.

The lounge and kitchen boast breathtaking views, featuring a glass facade that overlooks the sea. Sliding doors seamlessly connect these spaces to the external areas and the pool. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. The lounge area provides comfortable seating where one can enjoy the sunrise, unwind with a book, or catch the latest films on the 50″ TV.

The Master en-suite Bedroom showcases panoramic views of Lefkada, Paleros, and some of the Ionian Islands through full-length glass doors. A large double bed with a luxurious cocomat mattress ensures a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom is complemented by an ensuite bathroom. Enormous storage space is available in the built-in wardrobes, while a generously sized desk area accommodates a laptop and other essentials.

The two guest bedrooms are situated adjacent to the main villa. Both rooms feature double beds with cocomat mattresses, own rain shower in each room, ample storage, and well-lit alcoves equipped with shelves suitable for laptops. These bedrooms are connected by a space housing a W.C and two stone washbasins. Please note that these guest bedrooms are not internally connected to the main villa.

The outdoor space provides abundant room for relaxation.

An inviting pool provides a refreshing respite from the midday sun. For sun enthusiasts, four teak sunbeds surround the pool, offering the perfect spot to achieve a holiday tan while enjoying a good book or savoring your favourite drink.
