This luxurious 2-Bedroom Apartment with 2 Bathrooms AC units in all the rooms as well as ceiling fans, underfloor heating, Jacuzzi, and Breathtaking Views of the Sea and Mountains is the perfect space for 4 people, either a family or two couples.
Spacious balcony overseeing the Paleros bay and the Aitolokarnania mountains where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning looking at the serenity of the Ionian sea.

The open plan kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc and has a table and chairs.
In the living room a comfortable sofa with coffee table and a big smart TV.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, two built in wardrobes and access to the balcony,
The guest bedroom has its own shower and sink inside, a comfortable sofa bed, a large desk and chairs and big built in wardrobe. Also has access to the balcony.
In the balcony there are 2 loungers, a table and chairs and the jacuzzi/spa a great option for those who don’t like the sea very much 🙂
Downstairs is an outdoor shower, big storage room, a beautiful Greek garden with rosemary and other plants of the region and a shaded private parking space.

The underfloor heating is perfect for winter stays, please note for 1 month stays the electricity will be on top.
